Cookie and Local Storage Policy

Last updated: February 15, 2026

1. What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies and local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) are mechanisms that allow websites to store information in your browser. This platform primarily uses browser local storage for its operation.

2. What we store

This platform uses the following types of storage:

  • Essential (sessionStorage): Authentication token (JWT) and user session data. These are necessary to keep you signed in and are destroyed when the tab is closed.
  • Preferences (localStorage): Selected language and encrypted refresh token. These allow us to remember your preferences between visits.
  • Functional (localStorage): Banner dismissal state and cookie consent. These allow us to remember your decisions about interface elements.
  • Third parties (Redsys / Santander): During the payment process, the Redsys InSite script (sis.redsys.es), Banco Santander's secure payment gateway, is loaded, which may set its own cookies necessary for secure card processing.

3. How to manage storage

You can delete stored data at any time through your browser settings (usually in the privacy or site data section). Please note that deleting essential data will sign you out.
