Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Catalan Padel League platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by Liga Catalana de Pádel S.L.

2. Registration and user account

To use the Platform, users must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. The following is prohibited:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Interfering with the operation of the Platform
• Accessing other users' accounts without authorization
• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, source code) is the property of Liga Catalana de Pádel S.L. or its licensors.

5. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the absence of errors.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be notified to users with reasonable advance notice.

7. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.

8. Payments, registrations and refunds

• Registration requires payment of the published price, shown in euros (€), at the time of registration. Once payment is confirmed you obtain your place in the tournament and receive an email confirmation — this is the service provided.
• Cancellation & refund policy: (a) cancellation 7 or more days before the tournament start date → full refund; (b) cancellation less than 7 days before the start date → 50% refund; (c) once registration has closed, registrations are non-refundable.
• To request a cancellation or refund, write to info@luxpadel.pro. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
• Payments are processed securely through the Redsys gateway (Santander/Getnet). We accept Visa and Mastercard.
