• Contact data: email address, mobile phone
• Personal data: date of birth
• Technical data: IP address, browsing data
• Sports data: results, standings, teams

3. Purpose of processing

• User registration and account management
• Organization of padel leagues and competitions
• Communication with users about the platform
• Payment and sports insurance management
• Preparation of standings and statistics
• Sending commercial communications from sponsors (only with explicit consent)

4. Legal basis

Data processing is based on:

• Consent: users give explicit consent upon registration
• Contractual performance: necessary to provide platform services
• Legitimate interest: service improvement and fraud prevention

5. Data processors

To provide our services, we share data with the following providers (data processors):

• Stripe, Inc.: payment processing. Privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
• Amazon Web Services (AWS SES): sending transactional emails
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): sending mobile push notifications

6. International transfers

Some of our data processors (Stripe, AWS, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Data retention

Data will be retained for the following periods:

• Account data: while the user maintains an active account. Once deletion is requested, data will be removed within 30 days.
• Payment data: 5 years after the last transaction (tax obligation).
• Audit data and security logs: 2 years.
• Sports data (results, standings): may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes.

8. User rights

In accordance with the GDPR (articles 15-22) and LOPDGDD, users have the right to:

• Access: know what data we process
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of data
• Portability: receive data in a structured format
• Objection: object to data processing
• Restriction: request restriction of processing
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal

9. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or significantly affect users. The calculation of standings and rankings is based on objective sports results and does not constitute an automated decision within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

10. Data Protection Officer

11. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, periodic backups and audit logs.

12. Supervisory authority

Users have the right to file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
